Baked Sea Bass


Ingredients

6 pieces Sea Bass

1 tbsp Butter

2 tbsp Olive oil

6 Garlic cloves

Ground black pepper

Italian Seasoning

Fresh lemon juice 

Salt

Preparation

Wash fish, pat dry with paper towels. Mix garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper. Marinate fish with the mixture.

Pre-heat oven to 450 F. In a shallow baking dish, bake the fish for 15 min. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and bake for additional 5 mins.

Melt 1 tbsp butter and sprinkle lemon juice on top of it. 

Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges.
