Pan Fried Sea Bass


Ingredients

6 pieces Sea Bass

3 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Olive oil

6 Garlic cloves

1/2 cup Chicken broth

Fresh herbs - Parsley, thyme

Fresh lemon juice 

Salt

Preparation

Wash fish, pat dry with paper towels. Mix with salt and marinate. 

Heat a pan over medium flame and melt 1 tbsp butter. Add 1 tbsp olive oil. Cook fish for 3-4 mins on each side. Set aside

Melt 1 tbsp butter, add minced garlic, fresh herbs and chicken broth. Bring to simmer, add fried sea bass pieces. Add 1 tbsp butter and sprinkle lemon juice on top of it and remove from flame. 

Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish with coriander.
