Ingredients

4 pieces Black Pomfret fish
½ tbsp Cumin powder
1 ½ tsp Lime juice
3 ½ tbsp Vegetable oil
½ tbsp Red chilli powder
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ cup Wheat flour

Preparation

Wash fish, pat dry with paper towels. Place them on a plate, drizzle lime juice and salt.
Mix red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Marinate the fish pieces and set aside.

Place pan over medium flame and heat oil. Pour wheat flour in a separate bowl and roll fish slices on it. Evenly coat and place them on the pan to fry till they turn crispy and brown from all the sides.
