Which is the worst United States domestic AIRLINE????

United Airlines

Recently I made a trip using United Airlines. This is probably my 2nd or 3rd trip using United. To begin with the service was bad but it seems it has gone downhill after their merger with Continental. If the largest airline in the world provide such sloppy service I rather travel with a low cost alternative. At-least you get what you pay for.

On the contrary - I have travelled with Southwest airlines few times and their service is one of the best.

Here is a quick comparison

United Airlines
Absolutely no leg room
Seats are of low quality
No space to put your carry on bags - Air crew is of no help
Airhostess are old, cranky and rude - one of them dropped a trash bag on the seat next to a passenger and didn't even apologize
Food is pathetic
Flights get cancelled all the time
Tickets are expensive and in addition you have to pay for checkin bags
And customer service is really frustrating

Southwest airlines
Friendly air and ground crew
Good leg room
Seats are comfortable
Low ticket price
Flexibility of changing schedule
No checkin bag fee
